I hate how everything worked out for them but don't get me wrong I think that this was a very fine piece of writing. keep up the good work

Well from my point of view, they cannot go deeper in depression... SO the rest of your story should be more joyful ;-)

This is an excellent start. Really. Yea, it's dark and depressing...but it's different. I can rather see Harry going this route in a way. He lets his emotions get the better of him...and the welfare of others to stay away from him for their own protection,etc. Interesting that he considers himself a murderer. Can't wait to see how you pair Harry and Hermione in this respect.

Whoa, this is so dark. What happened to these poor kids? I hope they can fight off their demons, and soon! Love the picture BTW - wish I knew how the artist is. I can see why it inspired you, but please - not too much more depression!

woah woah woah. Getting quite deep here =] Great opening chapter. I like how you never really said who they were and you left it to your readers to figure out who they were by the charachter's thoughts. Clever way to start a story.
I sense all this emotion and it's making me excited and anxious to read the rest

I am interested in seeing where you're going with this fic. I like the style you used: tapping into each of their minds and hearts (even tho they think they don't have any left). Keep up the good work.
