WOW! This little ficlet was very cool. It is amazing how changing just a simple dialogue exchange could change the whole complexion of a story...well done!!!

I stumbled upon this story by accident, but I was very happy I did. I have always been mildly curious about Hermione's talk with Viktor at the end of GOF, but I've never seen this particular moment fleshed out in fanfic before. You've done a great job of writing it in a way that makes it seem like an organic part of GOF, just from Hermione's POV.

I do love Viktor Krum very, very much. Isn't he a wonderful character? This fanfiction is very nice. Do you know what? Here, in Turkish radios, there was a song in summer. It was very popular. A woman told in that song how she always talked about the man she loved, how she forgot eveything when it came to him.

...and we are delusional.

I thought it was good, but very short. I like how it was from hermione's perspective. I definatly agree that Hermione is in love with Harry or should be.

This was a great one-shot showing the dialog between Viktor and Hermione. I especially enjoyed these lines:

"You do not talk about your other friend,' he countered while glowering. I couldn't deny that; I had never even mentioned Ron to Viktor - it was always about Harry.


`That's different,' I quickly replied. It was my turn to stare at the ground and cross my arms in defense.

`You are right about that; it is different. You do not love him.'" Very nicely done!

And then, the last line tying into the end of GOF was perfect - "I need to do something I've never done before." Yes, Hermione, you do...

this was kind of interesting...i thought it was good how you added that in..for likee the "missing scene" you actually summed it up pretttty good =)

I think this is a pretty good start but it's not really your story yet. Keep going.
