i started reading this fanfic in 2004 and have not seen a new chapter for some time. i was wondering if you were planning on finishing it, as it is a well written and wonderfully paced story. I hope that you do continue to add to it, and write many other stories.

I love how you've written Snape here - it's like The Becoming Of Snape, where you can tell that he's got a sharp edge, and a sharp wit as well - plus, he knows how to use both. Love how you've got Lily and him as prefects, and I think that the dialogue is perfect in their exchange - how he views the world (don't let anyone tell you what to do/control you), and how he tells that to Lily. PERFECT. Thank you for your insight!

I'm in the middle of this, and enjoying it a lot! Loving the people whom you've introduced inside, although (and I'm sure someone has already pointed this out, but I can't help it, it needs to be said) - Arabella Figg is a squib, and wouldn't be at Hogwarts studying magic. PENSIEVE IS MY FAVORITE Lily/James STORY OF ALL TIME. Just wanted to tell you that it's amazing and I love it. I never liked James much before this, but you have completely converted me. And I love the way you have a song to go with most chapters, that adds a whole new dimension to the action.

this is nice--especially the whole snape/black interaction. the parts with lovey fluff fit nicely and add cuteness to the romances. i hope aurora can get with snape, and sirius with winifred, but both couples would have to seperate if you're following the canon from the books...

Wow...I can't believe I finally finished this. It's definately one of the better things I've read during my massive James/Lily binge. I really enjoy your characterizations, AU though OOP may have made them. I particularly like your version of the Black family. Aurora in particular intrigues me. She seems so self-possessed and well-ajusted, but her relationship with Snape is so entirely twisted. And I'm even more intrigued by the fact that you've given us so few details of that relationship, which apparently is ended. Well, I can't wait for the next bit.
