This chapter was very good with all the emotion but I don't think Fleurdelis is 'broken' because someone who has gone through everything she has would only be stronger because of it

will american fanfic writers please stop using americanisms in harry potter fanfic. you all know hp and all the characters are mostly english so stop saying mom and say mum, no dudes or awesomes etc etc. the stories can be really good but ruined by americanisms. its nothing against americans but the characters would not talk that way. for refernce on how they talk and colloqialisms etc just read jk's books.

I really liked that she was in Ravenclaw, a new beginning. It probably also helped them a lot that she was away at boarding school for most of the year... gave him more time to get used to her.

Is Ginny just taking Draco's last name? In the last chapter Draco refers to himself as Ginny's fiance and in this chapter she has a married name. Also, (and I could be wrong in saying this) you spell their daughter's name differently in this chapter than in other chapters. If I'm wrong in saying that, please excuse that part of the comment. Otherwise, good shot!
