Author Feedback: Hi there,
Now that's something no one else has commented on in the way you have about Draco and Ginny...
Now I'm really delving into my memory here as I wrote this some time ago now - but
from what I can remember whilst writing it, I felt that Ginny was fighting a constant battle between her feelings for Draco and the fact that it could never be a viable relationship given who they were. The same goes for Draco, although he is torn between Ginny and basically following in his father's footsteps. I did feel as though I (deliberately) left it a little up in the air as to which direction they would each choose once Draco left Hogwarts. Once he did leave, it would then be very diffcult to maintain their relationship and I guess in retrospect if I'd written any conclusion to that sub-plot ti would be that Draco WOULD follow in his father's footsteps and Ginny WOULD end up doing "the right thing".
As for Draco's capacity to be good - to paraphrase Dumbledore, "It's our choices that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities or actions."

Sorry about that ramble - hope I didn't give you eye strain! !
Thanks very much for taking the time to review,
Cheers,
