 hahaha...very very cute! it wasn't too complicated OR annoying like some first-person fics can be. you've got a real grip on Ginny's character, even keeping her confidant in her "loner" personality. i loved it! i nearly died laughing when she was in the dressing room trying to make the mirror bigger . i hope you plan on starting a full-length fic soon!  |

I really liked this fic, especially the line "Then again, Fred never forgets George's birthday and George never forgets Fred's." That as well as loads of other parts made me smile, but somewhere in the middle, I got lost in how ridiculous she sounded, no one can be that clueless about shopping, can they? Was she meant to sound ridiculous? The ending was good though, I love the bit about how she "won", I guess I'm just used to Ginny having more common sense. |
Author Feedback: I agree Ginny is very down to Earth and has alot of common sense. But I just don't see her as a girlie-girl. I always picture her kind of like my sister, and she hates shopping. And I thought it might be a big fiasco for her to do it alone without her mum. I hoped I brought across her level-headedness at the beginning but maybe not enough. But thanks for your comments!
