...I am absolutely stunned. I must say that my heart almost broke for Draco &Ginny when I found out that they weren't actually married or together. The whole Ginny "Finnegan" thing completely threw me off; I was almost reduced to tears. T___T I can't believe they're not together &I really really wished that Draco would take her away from Seamus.. =/ But I guess I have to admit that the unexpected twist at the end was good in a way. You really are an extremely talented writer.. I just can't get enough of your stories! (: Keep up the wonderful work; I truly love your works!!

I've read this so many times and just not had the emotional strength to review. I think this is my all-time favourite fic and that's saying something cos I've read loooooooooads! It is so moving and so powerful and beautifully and exquisitely written! The shift in emotions when Draco reveals she is `not his` is immense especially when we realise that he will not let her leave her husband. It is heartbreaking when Ginny expresses the possibility that she might be pregnant and then you raise our hopes, believing Draco has finally given in and then dash them again with such a swift change of mood and demeanour it left me breathless; stunned. The fic ends in the perfect way, so simple - just those two little highly-loaded dreaded words. The song perfectly complements the fic and I just can't `gush` enough about it! I would LOVE to hear more of this fic though it is just lovely left where it is and says all it needs to say. This fic really stays with you and possesses you for a long while after reading it, the sign of a truly brilliant writer. I don't know what your day job is but if it's not writing it's time wasted! You have a truly amazing talent - able to write both humour, romance,tension with the use of perfect structure and lexis. I adore `Portkey Party` and `Why I'm Glad Ginny Is Dating Draco Malfoy` and really hope to see a new fic from you soon. Your work is addictive! Love it!flawless!

that was unexpected. i had read this quite some time ago but had forgotten how much i enjoyed reading this and how much i liked the twist at the end. this was very well done and the ending was very different from what we expected.

I have read this story so many times, and though the smut is certainly delicious, the ending and the kind-off story in it makes me a little sad. Good job though, i'm finally reviewing this fic!!

This was unbelievably sad, but it was still a great read. I love the song myself, so I'm glad that I found a fic that does it justice.

You should make another chapter to this story. It quits off to quickly.

Wonderfully tragic story! I loved it! It's so sad though, how they love each other yet can't be together....I think it was very nice the way you started out and ended it..it leaves a mark on the reader...or something like that, anyway...Good job! And i loved how it wasn't all a dream...instead you found an alternative to the perfect picture...Loved it!

This is so beautifully angsty. The lines "One day, Draco would take her with him...Until then–" are particularly sad as they seem like wishful thinking.
