An obsessive Draco has never been something that I’d be remotely interested in. One that—to some extent—is fixated on the good and pureness of Ginny is also a big “ugh” of mine, but I enjoyed it immensely in this fic.

I bloody loved how defiant Ginny was and I even loved the somewhat pitiful stance that Draco took in the fic. Dependent on what he knew, his father and still clinging to the idea of her, it was brilliant. I think the balance was that besides his desperate attitude he still went through with killing her.

My favourite line was “Why won’t you just die?” and that he whispered it. For some reason the imagery of that particular moment was dynamic to me. The fic was very forceful despite its short length and even the simple description was capable of bringing across the emotion, atmosphere and setting strongly.

I think you were wonderful in the characterizations, wimpy Draco, as denying as any D/G fan can be, is actually quite in canon. Ginny was exactly as how Rowling’s been writing her in the fifth book and her strong will etc, was something I liked best. They matched up well, and while it may not be the usual D/G scenario, I think as a H/Hr’er it helped you get a pretty awesome grasp of a more realistic approach to the D/G ship.

And I love angst, so you’d pretty much hooked me from paragraph one.

That was interesting for a first fic, Sandra. However, to clear up the mystery of the odd icon, that's a quote from the Taking Back Sunday song "You're So Last Summer". And you got the wording a little wrong on your summary/intro. But besides that, I commend your first D/G fic. You're one of us now!

First D/G shippers wrote H/H fics. Now H/H shippers write D/G. Another step closer to World Peace / Intership Relations. Of all the people who went to Wonky, I must be the only one who's more interested in Peace rather than World Domination.

After returning from washing the cat fully intending to Lurk, what do I find? A perfectly dark and angsty D/G Fic! Whoo! Do you want to know how powerful this Fic is? It makes me feel like reading more angsty D/G Fics. So I'd say you did a ****ing good job! Wonderful work, Sis!
