Wow, I really liked this, especially the ambiguous ending. Hermione's characterization was perfect, as was Harry's. If only this had been in the actual book. I'll be checking out some of your other fics now (if you have any) - this was just fantastic.

I'm crying. That was so unbelievably beautiful. The note Harry sent Hermione was the sweetest thing, that's what set me of blubbing, lol. This is on eof the most realistic Harry/Hermione hurt/comfort fics I have ever read. I can see how Hermione would be the one to comfort him, I got that from Goblet of Fire right at end, where Harry is in the hospital wing and is fighting back tears over Cedric and he wishes "Ron would look away.".
Anyway, now I'm rambling. So like I said, beautiful. a absolutely love it! . I'm going to go and read your other fics now

I thought your stories were full of meaning and sutbleness and I particually enjoyed the humour in Beyond a kiss! Please keep writing more stories in the near future and i will most definately keep readign and reviewing!!

Ah, this was lovely. What's the opposite of a 'dirty old man'? Is it weird that I find more satisfaction, more pleasure in a story like this, where there's nothing more salacious depicted than strong hugs and snuggling, than in practically all the smut-filled X-rated stuff I've ever read? At least in well-written stories like this where the undercurrent of affection and love is expressed so well. Wonderful stuff.

I'll have to check out your other stories. The worst thing is - it seems you haven't written anything for a year. Rats.

Beautifully written story! Very, very sweet. Although I wonder, which photograph was it? Was it over Harry, Hermione, and Ron? Or of Harry's parents and Sirius? It's interesting how you left the intentionally vague. Brilliant fic; I enjoyed it very much. Thanks!

This was a lovely read. The characterizations of Harry and Hermione were very true to the books. It makes me wish that a scene like this had been included in the book-- not for the shippy aspect but to show Harry some compassion after all he went through. (Much like the scene with Mrs. Weasley in GOF.) Bravo!
