You ought to polish your use of the tenses up a bit, and I'm sure Ron's face was violentLY red (a violent red face would have scared Luna!). Apart from this, though, a pretty fic about a much neglected pairing. You really are a good story teller, so it might be a good idea to continue this. But then you'd have to will have to go into more details of WHY they like each other.

Unusual for a R/L fic but Luna was actually in character while Ron was completely out of character. It's usually the other way around.
