I just caught a link to this in FictionAlley. I loved it, not just because I am a H/Hr fan. I usually detest fluff, but I think I will broaden my definition of fluff if this is fluff, and I will claim to adore it.

I like the touches of daily life. I think you've captured the way that H/Hr would behave if they had a chance at normal... I think, if they had a shot at not-being-in-the-fight, they would strive for all this normalcy that others take for granted. There's boring and then there's boring.

I loved it. Great writing, great style, lovely characterization touches and a brutally stunning image of Stonehenge.

I loved the original idea for this story... how after all the adventures H/Hr have been through, they enjoy being "boring". It was so sweet and I like how it was fluffy... but not really... things shouldn't be too fluffy, hehe Excellent job, you are quickly becoming one of my favourite authors!

My goodness! I love this wonderful piece of fluff! A definate re-read! The snoring bit was just hilariously cute and the Stonehenge scene was just beautiful it gave me goosebumps. And in the wonderful tropical humidity and heat I melted all over again with this bit:

"It's why I want to win, Hermione. Because I want to spend time focusing on you again, on what your voice sounds like. I want to be able to afford that luxury again. To waste words. Say have you frivolous things for the sake of hearing your voice."

This was a fun little moment. I really enjoy the fact that Harry & Hermione are happy the way they are and with each other. In many ways, my marriage is sort of like theirs, only I haven't saved the wizarding world heh It speaks volumes that a comfortable, uneventful home life with the one you love can be the most exciting adventure anyone could ask for. Great job

I perfectly agree with Hermione's thoughts about 'boring'. I mean, on paper, H/Hr relationship is utterly dull and a bit lifeless. However, considering their rather eventful life, I think they (especially Harry) would want to live a normal life (which is how you portrayed them). I guess 'normal', while not exactly 'boring', can be considered as a bit dull when compared to constant danger.

I still wonder, though, why this 'boring' life is... I don't know how to say it... WAFF worthy? Why does 'normalcy' tug at my heartstrings? It's not amusing, smile-tugging, nor particularly interesting, so why do I feel this way about this? I honestly don't know....

Or maybe I'm just influenced by my next biggest fandom, where the WAFFy fanfics more often than not deal about 'normal' life, as the characters themselves had big enough danger in the show.

I'll stop rambling now. I honestly still am a bit confused, not because of your storyline, but why does this fic and the topic of 'normalcy' warms my heart...

I loved the chapter. It's a good piece of fluff. The same brilliance in this is also in other of your works, but this is very much not of that genre. There is a lot of Hermione monologues, that kept the story flowing, and kept my eyes glued.

That was cute in a strange kind of way.. very verbose. But I liked it
