I can understand d/hr because of the love-hate issue (i even enjoy reading it), but come on r/hr is not exciting at all! Wow! I must say, I've never thought of H/Hr as being boring, although I can see why D/Hr could be considered more "exciting". Anyways, I loved your story. You painted 'normalcy' so well, without it sounding cliche. I can just imagine them living the slow, carefree life after the dangers of their childhood. Absolutely perfect!

It's funny, when I first read the name 'Iphigenia', I thought of PDQ Bach's 'Iphigenia in Brooklyn' parody.

I liked this piece; it's a quiet, thoughtful reflection on what they might want, and want to be after the war. I've seen comments on this piece, and your A/N about certain other shippers saying that a H/Hr paring would be "boring". Maybe they should read the books again and see what it is that Harry wants out of his life?

Never conquered that impact, ron.... lavenda? get out of here. But ron .... hermoine? doesn't it seem more as though it will be optional. And Harry to Hermoine, to H's don't make a match espacially when isn't physcle history and no chemistry in the wings.

This is one of the earlier stories I read in this database and being new then I didn't know how to leave a review. But here it is now:

I have always loved H/Hr stories post-Hogwarts, post-Voldemort, post-JKR septology. And this is one of the best. It is so simple, so sweet, yet entirely believable, and in character for both Harry and Hermione.

I have always thought that with the chaos of Voldemort and war and saving the wizarding world, post-everything, Harry would seek a quiet life, and Hermione would be the most suitable one to give it to him. Not Ginny; she is too 'loud' IMO.

I love this story. Sorry for the late review.

Finally a story where we really see Harry have a normal life! We all know that's what he wants... also good job with the conversation with Iphy. She sounds exceptionally stuck-up, and you start really feeling sorry for Hermione. Plus, I like being boring...

This must be the sweetest, the most genius HHr fic I've ever read.

This is creepily close to what I would want MY married life to be like. Perfect in a way people outside wouldn't understand... which is the beauty of our Harry and Hermione.
