That was a great story. I like how Harry dealt wiith that jerk. And he was so sweet and sensitive with Hermione.

Absolutely adorable! I loved it sooo much! I especially loved what Hermione did with Draco. I personally like Draco, for some odd reason, but when I read stories where he is being a jerk, I like to see him punished and that was a very fitting punishment. He definitely will leave them alone. At least for a while.

That was definatly the most badass thing I've ever heard Harry say. I love that he was so ruthless and protective of Hermione. With the childhood that he's had I that's definatly in character for him. Great story.

This takes a very serious subject, and gives it its just serious treatment. But then you give it a happy ending and the joy of good Draco baiting.

This was finely written. I loved this sentence:

"A Ravenclaw even reported seeing a very sour-looking Professor Snape handing over a stack of Galleons to an equally cheerful Professor McGonagall."

Beautiful. I especially enjoyed Dumbledore's brief appearance. “Mr. Petersen; my, it seems you have had an accident. How…unfortunate…” Fantastic.

The line should be changed from, "God's in Heaven, all is right in the world" to "Harry and Hermione are together, all is right in the world". ^^ Although yes, the idea of abuse and/or rape is sickening to think about and this is no exception, I can't help but give out a silent cheer for every story like this that appears.

Fabulous story Mr. McCreary - I do not know how I missed it the 1st and 2nd times I went thru your collection - I particularly like the resolution that HR uses (no spoiler)so appropriate

i love it! you did a great job, but you might want to take out the last line. its all happy and cheery, but then, the entire world is good too, just because they said they love each other... i dunno, maybe its just me

Love it! I love it! Harry is so WONDERFUL! And Hermione isnt all weak and clingy like in some fics that I've read like this. Very in character for all of them!

How weird! I've actually read this fic at least twice before (no review - I don't think!) but I've just read it again and STILL I am severely disturbed at the beginning but smiling at the end!
The whole battering thing is what I find so disturbing - although the story is so well written, and the way you explain things I can ALMOST bring myself to imagine Hermione putting up with such a situation... but not quite. Anyway, what the hell do I know? Every time I start reading it, I finish it! That must mean something...
