You reviewed my story, so, I am returning the favor. I think this has a very nice beginng. The title of the fic, and centering the story around (what I feel) is one of the most beautiful pieces ever written, was, in my opinion, a fucking good idea. HAving taken piano lessons for 8 years, I can readily understand Ginny's fasination and love for the piece.
Just one critical remark, you should have said I’m going to teach you A scale, instead of THE scale. There are two dozen or more scales in piano playing.

This is wonderful writing. The way you delve into Draco's other side is strong and compassionate. It takes a lot of insight to see into the soul of the "bad guy" and you pull if off with style and maturity. I love the way you weave Beethovens piece into the chapter in a way that made me hear it all the way through the chapter. You should definitely write more.
