Some of your sentences don't make sense. You've muddled up the tenses. Not just in the chappy "Explanations" but ones before it too. It'd becoming quite an annoying habit of yours throughout the plot.

For e.g.- “Yeah, even he didn’t knew how did that happened?” Harry said in an irritated manner.

What are you trying to say? Yeah, even he didn't know how it happened. or Yeah, he didn't even know how it happened? Even if you meant the second one, it doesn't make much sense coming from Harry - Hermione should be the one saying this.
