i wasn't going to review until the last chapter, but i felt that this chapter had brouht a renewed sense of respect for snape from me, who would have believed that he would do that for hermoine, just because his favorite student did what he did. thank you and this is a good story, and coming from me, thats saying something, i had stopped reading it half way through chapter three, but then i decided to give the rest of the story a shot, and i love it. keep up the good work.

I cannot begin to emphasize how true to real life this story is. I am a big fan of H/Hr and fantasy. I believe in romance to the full extent and that once there is love, everything will be perfect no matter how dire situations may be. This story has real emotions and real elements. They have love, but life wasn't the perfection that they had expected, but instead, made it to work out for them and to the best way possible. I admire your gumption in defying the typical love story and bringing a different kind of life to the fandom. I am sure you are not the first person to do so, but I have to admire everyone who continues to do it. Take care and keep on bringing all of us idealists back to earth ;-)

Forget all of those people that abandoned you just because they didn't like where the story was going. Never judge a book by its cover? Okay, then never judge a fic by its first few chapters. I think this was an absolutely brilliant story. All the heartache and all the pain was reconciled so well in the end. Truly a fic for all to read. Well done. Keep up the good work.

I loved it. What more can I say? Horrificly dark to start off, and pleasantly warm and bright to finish. Great twists and turns along the way. I was honestly surprised in your story. It wasn't as predictable as many of the other stories I've read. A magnificant piece of work.
