i love it, every part of it, even the double subtle meaning in the title. falling snow, falling in love. just beautiful. she trusts james and his genuine care and love makes her stronger, she's no longer scared of the 'dark'. you portrayed this beautifully, they are so in character and his love for her is depicted as so sincerely its just perfect, i was almost weeping. your spot on, just as i imagined lily's moment of waving the white flag and as your literary devices so cleverly put it. only so much better you have me helplessly enchanted, in awe, inpsired. you must continue. if not i would love to read more of your work. the best L/J story i have ever read (seriously). so sweet and bewitching i think even miss JK would appreciate your talents. especially because it fits the series so well. my favourite part is how perfectly in character you write lily and james. your so clever. please keep producing works of art like this. i love your work!

That was beautifully written. I like your description and the characterization was very nice. I ship Lily/James but, unfortunately, usually find myself extremely irritated at the bad fics that ship them. Not this one. My beta recced it to me and this is indeed very nice. Even though it fits very nicely as a one-shot, this too would've been a nice chaptered fic.

Simply divine. Really, that was the best l/j i've read in....hm...forever. Nothing was too abrupt - just continued on in life's methodical, rambling way, which was doubly nice to read, since so few fan fic authors manage to capture that without boring their reader. Excellent!
