This was such a fabulously beautiful story. I won't lie --I was positively glued to the screen from start to finish.
Everything about it was so sweet, and you definitely should stay proud of this; it's one of the best one-shots I've ever read.

I think the entire relationship between Harry and Hermione can be summed up in these lines:
“Isn’t this the part where you’re supposed to say that I’m not an idiot and that you love me too?”

Hermione flashed him an innocent look. “Sure. But then I’d be lying and lying is bad and you were an idiot. I’d be forcing you in a painful denial.”

Wow! I feel all warm and fuzzy. This was a great story-- just like the description of their first kiss; not too sweet, not too demanding, but a perfect fit. I loved the characterizations of Harry, Hermione, and Ron. Great work! Bravo!

I love this. And even after HBP, I still think that this just might be how Harry & Hermione might fall in love, if they ever do. Hermione has always been the insightful one, so it is unsurprising that she would be the one to realize her feelings first. Harry, being the typical blind boy the he always has been, would be a dunce about his feelings. You've managed to capture the characters well, which says a lot since this is your first story and JKR just released a new book. Great job. Wonderful job.

That was a very sweet read. The story had a soft and light air, but the romance was clearly felt. I especially loved the part with the dedication on the book. The notion of a continued love affair was so nice. Good job on your fanfic!
