I love the awkwardness. I'm so insensitive, laughing at Harry for his 'problems'. The "C-c-can I kiss you?" part gave me butterflies.

Sirius at the end is priceless I really like fics that have people betting on relationships. Personally, I think Sirius would have been a little more shocked, but that's just me. Honestly, Harry's so clueless. He really needs to be smacked upside the head sometimes.

I think this is more of a missing scene than an 'alternate scene'. But I still can't see Harry in a healthy relationship.
