Well, I just started writing a couple years ago, and have develpoed quite the obsession with it. Since I also have a fervent Harry Potter fixation, it seemed natural to mix the two.
Besides Portkey, I'm also an administrator at DarkMark, a Harry Potter fansite.
I live for the theater. I'm the Production Stage Manager on Staff for the Chance Theatre, and I freelance for 7 other various repertories, playhouses, and the like. My first touring show was "The Rocky Horror Show" (not the picture show, the real live show) for 7 months. It was such a kick!
I have my Bachelor's Degree in Techincal Theatre, and I'm beginning the process of going for my Master's.
Hmmm, well, I like the Beatles, old cars, reading anything under my nose, anything related to mythology and medieval Euroean history, and really old movies. I collect silent flicks for fun. That is my hobby. It's weird and rather expensive, but totally worth it.
I listen to all music EXCEPT really twangy "oh-my-heart-is-broken-behold-the-music-of-pain" country and anything by Brittany Spears. She bugs me. (No offense, fans.)
