this was a really great fic. I loved the way you wrote their friendship and it had just enough normal teenage fun mixed with seriousness to seem plausible.

Their relationship will always be stronger, better, and much more important than any others they have! GO HARMONY!

I have a hard time believing this was your first stab at writing about the Potter universe. The writing was quite mature and the interaction of the two was realistic for two basically shy individuals. I think you have nailed the behavior of genus: teenager very well.
Keep writing; it suits you well.

Whew! That was heart-wrenching. You have done an incredible job with this fic. I loved all the discussion about mundane things while both were desperately trying to keep their emotions in check. I especially liked the bit at the beginning where Hermione was worried about him but she didn't want Harry to know so he wouldn't feel bad about it. That's a very touching sccene that speaks volumes about their relationship and you managed it in only one sentence. Fantastic! This so clearly explains why they are friends and why they should be more than friends.

Not that I wasn't before, but I am definitely a fan of yours now and I don't hesitate in adding you to my favorite authors list.

OK, see, *that's* how I thought HBP would be. In-character and true, not a lot of bollocks and OOC-ness. (Btw, I enjoyed the small quote from 10things). I loved this piece, especially having just discovered it, and too bad you published it only days before The-Book-That-Shall-Not-Be-Named was released and depressed us all. Hopefully all will be right in the end (been working on a theory to set everything just so for almost a year now).
